Data and purposes

To manage the waitlist we collect email, locale and subscription and confirmation timestamps. We use double opt-in: confirm your subscription through an email link. We process these data based on consent to send HostingOps availability updates. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn.

Information requests

When you email us, we use your address and message to respond and handle any pre-contractual steps you request. Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the request and meet any applicable obligations. Providing these details is optional, but we need a contact address to reply.

Retention and deletion

We retain data until you unsubscribe or the waitlist ends. You can unsubscribe through the link included in emails. Personal subscription data are removed on unsubscribe.

CDN and security

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, a CDN and security provider that processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Necessary technical processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure.

Recipients and analytics

Hosting and email delivery providers process data needed for the service. Google Analytics 4 is optional and enabled only with consent: we do not send emails, tokens, user IDs, query strings or URL fragments. Advertising settings are disabled. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
